Strategy Associate (Cash Loan), Zalopay

Description: This role sits at the intersection of business growth and operational execution. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive growth, shape product direction, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across multiple teams.

Business Development & Strategy Execution:

• Lead and support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that materially impact business objectives. You will own timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end, working with Partners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Marketing, and others.
• Help brainstorm and define a product position that serves the business objectives. Orchestrate other departments (Product, Marketing, Risk, etc.) in strategy and tactics planning so the product position is well understood and translated into action.
• Support business modelling and synthesize information into reliable deliverables ready for presentation to senior executives and heads of departments.

Operation Excellence:

• Work with the Growth Marketing team to cross-check and quality-check monthly campaigns and communication tactics.
• Own and synthesize the monthly planning process; track actuals versus plan and calculate key product metrics (Traffic, Approval rate, Disbursement volume, etc.).
• Ensure all product features and initiatives stay consistent with business objectives and regulatory requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Track business metrics and support data cleaning and analysis for bi-monthly and monthly business reports.
• Support other tasks involving internal teams and partners.
