Job description

C&B Operations:

Manage payroll for overseas employees in partnership with local agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with local practices.
Administer and maintain employment contracts for overseas staff.
Coordinate the rollout of C&B processes, company policies, and regulations in compliance with local labor laws, and recommend adjustments where needed.
Oversee the disciplinary process so it runs in line with company regulations and the labor code, and handle complex cases directly when required.
Serve as a point of contact for management and cross-functional teams on HR matters, providing advice, updates, and briefings.
Prepare reports and statistics on C&B matters as required.
Provide general administrative support to the VNGGames C&B department.

C&B Service Development:

Propose initiatives to improve C&B services and practices.
Take part in projects that improve the quality and efficiency of HR services and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits operations.
Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong verbal and written English.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with overseas labor laws and practices.
