At the ASEAN GREATER Summit 2022 held in Singapore and hosted by Great Place To Work (GPTW) - The Global Authority on Workplace Culture from Fortune, VNG has been certified as a “Great Place To Work”. The result of 92% positive responses is also higher than the average for a global business (According to the Global Employee Engagement Survey of GPTW, 2019).

 

VNG meets the Great Place To Work benchmarks for Certification

According to Great Place To Work, VNG received positive responses in 5 areas: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie, including 96% of Starters said “Employees here are treated fairly regardless of their race” and 95% of Starters agree that VNG gives them resources and equipment to do the job. With 3,000 responses from Starters, Great Place to Work has recognized VNG as the company with the highest number of employees responding compared to similar businesses.
