On April 15, 2021, on the occasion of returning to his old school and being the representative of VNG to attend the official development cooperation signing ceremony with the University of Science and Technology - VNU - HCM, Mr. Le Hong Minh, CEO of VNG had an open conversation with students about the present and future of the technology wave at the Talkshow “Build Vietnamese Technologies. Grow Vietnamese People.”

Mr. Le Hong Minh emphasized: “The 21st century is a great turning point because a single technology application invented is no longer used to solve only one problem, but made to solve many problems. And as the needs are increasingly diverse, software engineers in Vietnam will enjoy many opportunities.”

Witnessing that leading companies and products all use technology as their spearhead, Minh believes that "software is gradually eating the whole world", and it is bringing up opportunities for Vietnamese engineers to create new products under the brand of "Make in Vietnam". From the lesson of 17 years of growing VNG, he shared three things that contribute to the success of those pursuing the technology field: "Keep being curious about the world around, constantly accumulating capabilities and reinforcing our foundation knowledge, we will be strong enough to conquer the mount of success."
