Brand Manager, ZaloPay

Job description

  • The custodian for ZaloPay brand equity across channels, touchpoints, on always-on manners and for all campaigns 
  • Taking the lead on branding projects to increase ZaloPay brand image and affinity amongst all stakeholders - consumer, merchant and community 
  • Driving concept, planning and operation management for brand communications including in-house planning and agency management 
  • Manage the branding budget for marketing campaigns; 
  • Coordinating and planning execution across multiple functional and regional teams to meet deadlines and add value to Marketing team and ZaloPay 
  • Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes. 
  • Market research on brand trends and find customer insights regularly Initiating new ideas for test & learn Assisting 
  • Line manager on other assigned tasks

Requirement

  • BA/ MBA Business/ Marketing educational background 
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in brand management (from branding or creative agencies or from Technology/E-commerce/ big FMCG companies) 
  • Experience in Team Management (team size of at least 10 people) 
  • Creative and strategic thinking 
  • Experience in start-ups is a plus Marketing operational hands-on experience 
  • Attention-to-detail, conceptual and structural skill, open minded, highly adaptability. 
  • Problem solving, multi-tasking ability to fit into high-speed business pace and fast-changing system 
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
