Job description

Develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of business
Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business propose
Construct forecasts and analytical models
Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
Understand and shape the team’s strategy and mission

Requirement

At least 4 years experiences in Business Intelligence/Business Data Analyst/Strategic Planner or relevant role. Previous experience in Fintech/Banking/Consumer Lending is a plus
Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and above in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, and other related fields
Proficiency in, Excel, SQL and Dashboard tools, and PPT presentation
A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region is a plus
Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Be opened minded, can-do attitude and willing to debate to protect your ideas/solutions bases on your data/knowledges/experiences.
