Key responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programs, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training).
Create and maintains communications channels with programme participants.
Conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact.
Involve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programs.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
A proactive, open-minded individual with a genuine interest in learning and growth.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fast-learner with strong time management skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment.
Possesses a can-do spirit.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and design visually appealing learning materials.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Apps).

Preferred Experience:

A minimum of 6 months of work experience or internship in a similar role within the MNC, FMCG, or Tech industry is a strong advantage.
Passionate about Learning & Development with a curious mindset, eager to explore innovative methods and stay updated on market trends.
