• Participate in all software development activities following the Agile Scrum process.
• Design and develop automated test scripts based on test cases and requirements.
• Regularly update and maintain test scripts to ensure they remain effective with application changes
• Run automated tests and analyze results to ensure that software meets quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the test automation process.
• Perform both scripted and exploratory testing to maximize test coverage.
• Report test results, quality risks, and task progress to project/product managers.
• Keeping updated with new testing tools and test strategies
• Communicate progress and test outcomes effectively, both internally and with clients.

Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software testing (manual & automation testing)
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Appium or similar.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, JMeter, K6 is preferred.
• Experience in writing new test scripts based on requirements.
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience in applying test techniques on projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development process.
• Familiar with Bug trackers such as Jira, TestRail, AIO test,…
• Ability to write and execute database queries (MongoDB, MySQL).
• Familiarity with chatbot/AI conversation flow
• 1+ years of experience in software testing (manual & automation testing)
