Product QA/QC

We are looking for a Product QA/QC to join our development team in the Information Technology Department. Our mission is to foster digital transformation in businesses toward better efficiency and productivity. Your work will include testing mobile and web apps and participating in delivering new features and improvements for our products.

The iPortal platform, which consists of web and mobile applications, is built with a mission to centralize all experiences of employees in a corporation into one secured application. Employees can catch up with the latest company news, save time for information searching, connect with their colleagues, submit e-forms, and do approvals easily.

Your responsibilities

- Review product requirements, designs, and release milestones to create corresponding test cases, scripts, and data for the products.

- Do suitable tests on web and mobile applications, both front-ends and back-ends.

- Coordinate with the security team to do penetration tests for the products.

- Provide consolidating reports, including UX/UI, APIs, functional logic, system integrations, and security tests and follow up with related teams to fix the issues, if any.

- Support the Helpdesk team to solve escalated issues of the products.

Preferable skills and experiences

- 2+ years’ experience working as a tester for web, mobile apps, and APIs.

- Good understanding of manual testing tools and frameworks.

- Strong experience of both functional and non-functional tests.

- Good understanding of performance and security tests.

- Having knowledge of enterprise business applications, processes, workflows, and e-forms.

- Having knowledge of IoT and AI technologies and applications.

- Be able to perform in agile working model and related software for product development such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, Figma, etc.

- Having good problem solving and time management skills
