Compliance Executive (Data Privacy - Open up to Senior level), Zalopay

Support ZION’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) in driving company-wide data privacy compliance under Vietnam’s data laws, helping build a governance culture that treats data as a critical asset and ensures privacy across all key business activities. 
 

Responsibilities 

• Support data governance & privacy risk management. 
• Assist in internal legal reviews & GRC activities to ensure compliance with applicable data laws. 
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to review data-related procedures and mitigate privacy risks. 
• Coordinate with data and security teams to help implement controls and monitor data-related risks. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data policies; prepare compliance documentation or processing reports as assigned. 
• Perform other tasks as directed by the DPO. 

• Background in law or legal compliance; interest or cross-sector exposure in technology, data is a plus.  
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication abilities. 
• Demonstrated problem-solving and ownership mindset; able to learn quickly and work independently & collaboratively. 
• Analytical and detail-oriented; capable of identifying inconsistencies and potential risks. 
• Awareness of information security principles and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
