Job description

Build and develop partnership with local and global universities for co-op programs, sponsorships, and workshops.
Plan and organize talent engagement programs (e.g., Career Fair, Code Tour, VNG University Week, UpRace x Uni) to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.
Analyze feedback and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements.
Conduct research and help design measurement frameworks to assess employer branding performance.
Support the team on various assigned projects (e.g., operations, partnerships, communications, or other ad-hoc tasks as needed).

Requirement

Final-year university student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions and build strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and provide data-driven reports or recommendations.
Strong project management skill, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Interest in employer branding, event organization, and engaging with student or tech communities.
