Job description

Develop ideas and assist in the creation of internal communication content that resonates across diverse audiences and offices.
Contribute to communication plans for internal events and initiatives, helping to promote company values, culture, and messages.
Create engaging copy and edit content across formats, including announcements, newsletters, emails, intranet posts, and multimedia content, with a focus on capturing attention and encouraging active engagement.
Collaborate in executing visual concepts and directions for various internal communication platforms, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presentation.
Coordinate with Business Units, Departments, and HR Team to support internal communications, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
Support the team in carrying out other corporate projects and events.

Requirement

Fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or related majors.
Have experience in internal communications, copywriting, or a related field.
Good copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging written content tailored for internal audiences.
Ability to generate ideas and visual directions for internal communication content; basic knowledge of design or multimedia content creation (photos, videos) is a plus.
Carefully, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
