Job description
Objective:
Support the Product team in operating, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of game localization for the Vietnam and Global markets, delivering an optimal and culturally relevant experience for local players.
1. Coordination & Workflow Management
Support the Product team in operating, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of game localization for the Vietnam and Global markets, delivering an optimal and culturally relevant experience for local players.
1. Coordination & Workflow Management
- Act as the main point of contact between Product, Localization, and other relevant internal/external teams.
- Coordinate the translation, editing, and review process of Vietnamese and English game content.
- Track localization tasks and timelines via project management tools.
- Ensure localization deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide quality feedback for relevant external team.
- Review localized Vietnamese and English content (in-game text, UI strings, voice-over, subtitles, etc.) to ensure:
- Accuracy, natural flow, and cultural appropriateness for local players.
- No spelling, grammar, or formatting errors.
- Compliance with the project’s style guide, glossary, and guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements when needed.
- Test localized Vietnamese and English builds prior to release (checking in-game text display, UI alignment, special characters, etc.).
- Report localization-related bugs to QA or Developers for fixing.
Requirement
- Experience in game testing processes, ensuring high-quality user experience is a plus.
- Passion in games.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, team-oriented and responsible.
- Proficient in tools: Web, Facebook, MS Office, Zalo
