Job description
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented L&D Collaborator to support the full training operations process - from preparation to post-training follow-up. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and a great learning experience for our Starters.
- Support end-to-end training operations: before, during, and after each session
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/trainers for logistics, communication.
- Manage training communication, including invitations, reminders, and learner follow-up (pre-work & post-work).
- Handle logistics such as room booking, layout setup, learning materials preparation, and technical support.
- Assist with contracts and payment processes for external trainers or vendors.

Requirement
- Final-year student/ fresh graduate and be able work full time
- Have an agile learning mindset, passionate about learning and development, and eager to grow
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Good communication and English skills
