Job description
Job Purpose: To support and deliver HR activities while developing strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in human resources, business partners, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
HRBP Support
- HRBP reporting and basic people data analysis, including data collection, tracking, consolidation, and report preparation
- Delivery of assigned department-level people initiatives, such as engagement activities, internal sharing sessions, team events, and performance-related processes
- Assist HRBPs in stakeholder follow-ups to ensure professional HR service delivery and timely completion of assigned HR initiatives
- Act as a shared operational resource for the HRBP team, supporting day-to-day HRBP tasks and activities as needed
Training & Development: Support the execution of Training & Development initiatives, especially Leadership Programs, including coordinating schedules trainers, and participants; preparing training materials and logistics; managing communications; and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirement
Thinking Capability & Mindset: Strong thinking capability demonstrated through curiosity, the ability to ask insightful questions to gain deeper understanding, clear and structured communication, and a proactive learning attitude with a strong desire to explore and improve
Education: Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva and basic video creation/editing tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders at different levels
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks under pressure, and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable, with a strong sense of presence and availability at the office to support teams and employees when needed
- Experience participating in student clubs or organizations is a plus, especially those requiring strong collaboration and teamwork (e.g. AIESEC or similar organizations)
