We are seeking a passionate Intern Game Designer to join our team. As an Intern Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and success of our upcoming Roblox games. Key Responsibilities:

• Design games for a variety of demographics, complete with comprehensive design documentation

• Effectively communicate game design concepts to the team through paper prototyping and visual aids

• Collaborate closely with developers (programmers, artists, etc.) throughout the development process

• Rapidly iterate and balance gameplay using analytics and player data

• Test and refine games based on player feedback and playtesting results

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old

• Highly creative with strong attention to detail

• Meticulous approach to working with numbers and documentation

• Proven ability to build engaging player experiences

Requirements:

• Experience creating or working with user-generated content

• Knowledge of game monetization strategies

• Strong communication skills
