Role Overview
We are looking for a Thailand-based Social & Community Collaborator who will be responsible for quality control (QC) of all content published on official channels and providing local market insights. This role also participates in content planning to ensure all assets are relevant, engaging, and culturally aligned with Thai gamers.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Local Insight- Provide insights on Thai gamer behavior, including gameplay preferences, monetization habits, and event engagement.
- Contribute to content planning by ensuring ideas are localized and resonate with the Thai audience.
- Review content directions and suggest improvements based on local trends and platform behavior.
2. Content Quality Control (QC)- Review and QC all content before publishing across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and is culturally relevant to Thai users.
- Check for accuracy in language (Thai), tone of voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, MKT) to revise assets when needed.
- Monitor content performance and flag any issues post-publishing.
3. Community Monitoring & SupportMonitor user interactions, sentiment, and feedback on official channels.- Support moderation by identifying sensitive issues or negative sentiment that may impact the brand.
- Provide insights and reports on community feedback to improve content and campaigns.
4. Reporting & Optimization- Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights.
- Propose improvements for content formats, messaging, and platform strategies.
- Stay updated with Thai social media trends, gaming culture, and new content formats.

- Community Platforms: Facebook Group, Discord

Requirement
- Native Thai or fluent in Thai with strong understanding of local culture and gamer behavior.
- Can communicate in English
- Must be a gamer with a good understanding of gaming culture, player behavior, and gaming trends. (game genre: MOBA, MMORPG, Sports game,...)
- At least 3 to 6 months of experience in Social Media, Content, or Community roles (gaming/tech is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, especially in content review and QC.
- Good understanding of social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord).
- Ability to analyze user behavior and content performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- English proficiency is a plus.
