Job Description

  • Proactively work with stakeholders (Clients, PO, Operations, End-users) to gather and clarify business requirements, understand current state, and identify pain points.
  • Analyze, model, and standardize business and operational processes (As-Is / To-Be).
  • Produce and manage requirement artifacts, including but not limited to: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to prioritize requirements, define MVP scope, and plan delivery phases and key use cases.
  • Work closely with PO, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on market solutions, especially AI-powered products and features, to propose innovative, practical, and user-centric improvements.
  • Participate in testing and go-live activities, including UAT, user training, data migration (if applicable), and post-release evaluation.
  • Actively contribute to the application of AI in business processes and system features, identifying opportunities where AI can automate, optimize, or enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Yêu cầu

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development projects.
  • Solid foundation in information technology and software development concepts.
  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Good knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications of AI in software products (e.g. chatbots, recommendation systems, process automation, data intelligence) is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn and experiment with new technologies, especially AI.
