  • Supervise and control accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and manage Cash Flow Forecast models (weekly/monthly/quarterly); analyze variances and propose solutions to optimize cash flow.
  • Prepare and/or review financial statements under VAS and IFRS, ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Establish, standardize, and enhance finance and accounting processes; develop SOPs and internal guidelines for implementation.
  • Review financial terms in contracts; identify risks and propose control measures; participate in contract management with a systematic approach (including the application of tools/AI).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA (or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including hands-on experience in general ledger / controlling roles; experience in large corporations or structured environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of VAS and IFRS, with the ability to prepare and/or review financial statements.
  • Proven experience in building and analyzing cash flow forecasts and cash flow statements.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
