Mô tả công việc
1. Operating the TikTok Shop Channel
• Manage and coordinate with the agency on monthly activities: review monthly plans, approve livestream visuals, review video scripts before publishing.
• Monitor livestream activities, coordinate with Creators/KOLs/KOCs and agencies for Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
• Manage deal lists and prices for each channel (Livestream, KOC/KOL, Daily), ensuring compliance with Zalopay's pricing policy.
• Operate the Seller Center account daily: process orders, track shipping status, appeal returns from shipping companies.
• Perform after-sales service: respond to customers via Seller chat and comments on the TikTok channel.
• Issue invoices weekly for completed orders and send them to the accounting department for processing.
2. Internal Coordination & Reconciliation
• Update delivery order status in the Leads list daily for the Operations department to track and onboard merchants.
• Coordinate with the unit in managing box/sim information.
• Coordinate acceptance testing with the agency: confirm monthly acceptance reports (BBNT), submit payment documents for signing according to the schedule.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operation, Finance, Marketing) to ensure stable and seamless operational processes.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Regularly track key business metrics: GMV, number of orders, ad effectiveness (GMV Max, Followers/Viewers), conversion rate by source.
• Compile and report on the performance of Affiliate campaigns, Top Creator campaigns, and advertising budget on a monthly basis.
• Analyze data and propose adjustments to optimize revenue, conversion rate, and marketing cost efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with TikTok Seller Center, handling returned orders, and operating real-world shop accounts.
• Experience working with agencies/third-party partners is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
• Proficient in TikTok Seller Center: order management, shipping tracking, return appeals, and customer service on the platform.
• Practical understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem: Livestream Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and GMV Max advertising.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets: data entry, data tracking, and periodic reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across departments, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills, quick response, and proactiveness in operational tasks.
Mindset & Attitude
• Meticulous and accurate – especially important for daily data entry and data reconciliation.
• Proactive and possessing a sense of ownership: independently monitoring work and resolving issues without needing reminders.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to handle unforeseen circumstances flexibly.
