Position Summary

Support business operations by managing data, contracts, invoicing, receivables, and reporting activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution of business processes in support of the company's growth objectives.

1. Finance
  • Support invoice processing and related administrative tasks.
2. Legal & Contract Administration
  • Support business teams in preparing and processing service agreements, sales contracts, partnership agreements, and other business-related contracts.
3. Business Operations & Development
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and services and collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and other internal teams to support departmental and company objectives.
  • Manage and maintain business data, including customers, agents, technology partners, and distributors, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information within the database.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operational and sales activities, including revenue, receivables, and expenses.
  • Maintain and organize business documentation, including proposals, contracts, invoices, and related records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements to databases, workflows, and cross-functional operational processes.
  • Liaise with customers regarding receivables, reconciliations, invoice issuance, and complaint handling.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or commercial support functions.
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to operational processes and cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, diligent, trustworthy, and eager to learn, with strong adaptability to changing business and market trends.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and analytical, with a logical mindset and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and work efficiency.
