Job Summary 

As a Junior Technical Artist, you will bridge the gap between artists and programmers. You will support the art team by optimizing pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing automation tools. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who loves gaming, AI tools, and continuous learning. 

Key Responsibilities 
 ● Pipeline Automation: Build and maintain scripts or tools (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks for artists. 
 ● Technical Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the art production pipeline. 
 ● Engine Integration: Assist in integrating art assets into the game engine while maintaining performance standards. 
 ● AI Tool Integration: Leverage and manage AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance asset creation efficiency. 
 ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Technical Artist and Art teams to ensure smooth technical execution. 

Yêu cầu

● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in game development or a related field. 
 ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent fields. 
 ● Engine Skills: Understanding or hands-on project experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or Roblox is a strong advantage. 
 ● Scripting: Basic proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for tooling and automation. 
 ● AI Literacy: Ability to utilize and manage AI tools to assist and accelerate daily tasks. 
 ● Mindset: Growth mindset, proactive learning attitude, and a strong drive to continuously expand your technical skill set.
