Mô tả công việc

  • Monitor and troubleshoot 24/7 Zalopay Production issues by using monitoring tools developed by support teams.
  • Provide tech solutions on operation tasks across multiple service domains:
    • Diagnose and provide prompt action on infrastructure issues
    • Operate and maintain bank connections and VietQR infrastructure
    • Support payment platform operations (bills/utilities, telecom, travel, fintech services including paylater, MMF, and securities trading)
  • Set up permissions for internal tools and software
  • Manage third-party service integrations and dependencies
  • Research and develop automation mechanisms for internal operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Write and create operational procedures, update documentation, and develop latest internal documentation to ensure team knowledge and operational consistency.
  • Monitor, operate, and maintain Zalopay's backup process.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Operate in non-production environment to ensure system stability and validate changes before production deployment.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant position (technical support, infrastructure operations)
  • Basic knowledge of Network and Linux Operating System
  • In-depth knowledge of standard monitoring systems and observability practices
  • Hands-on experience managing common monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus
  • Familiar with common collaboration and development tools: Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube
  • Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work tasks for enhanced productivity and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Ansible automation for infrastructure configuration management and deployment
  • Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
