Data Product Managerm, Business Operations

The Data Product Manager is responsible for turning business needs and data assets into scalable, high-impact products that improve decision-making, productivity, and business performance.
This is a hybrid product role spanning traditional data products (BI, analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools) and AI-driven workflow automation software. The role will identify business problems, determine the right combination of data, analytics, AI, and workflow automation, and lead products from concept through implementation and adoption.

Working within the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), the Data Product Manager sits at the intersection of business, data, AI, and technology, partnering closely with business teams and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, product vision, roadmap, and requirements through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and prioritize high-value business opportunities where BI, analytics, AI, and workflow automation can improve decision-making, productivity, customer experience, or operational performance.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user journeys, workflows, data requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• Lead both traditional data products and AI-driven workflow products, including dashboards, analytics solutions, decision-support tools, AI assistants/agents, and intelligent process automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI/Analytics, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Solution Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and product adoption, working with business leaders and end users on prioritization, UAT, rollout, training, change management, and feedback.
• Measure and continuously improve product impact through adoption, usage, business outcomes, data quality, and operational KPIs while ensuring appropriate governance, security, and controls.
