Growth Marketing Intern, Zalopay

Support the development of strategic direction and implementation of marketing/promotional programs for SME merchants

• Assist in ideating and developing marketing content for collaboration campaigns with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada...)
• Research market trends, competitors, and digital payment industry trends & sales solutions for SMEs
• Support campaign data analysis (acquisition, performance marketing), report compilation, and marketing cost optimization & control for ongoing campaigns
• Collaborate with the BD/Sales team on developing communication content and sales materials
• Support other operational tasks of the team (research, meeting notes, project progress tracking)
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities on e-commerce platforms (benchmarking programs and communication formats)

• 3rd-4th year students or recent graduates, majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration...
• Proficient in basic Excel/Google Sheets (filtering, pivot tables, simple charts)
• Familiar with Canva (basic design) and ChatGPT/Claude (for research & content writing support)
• Proactive, eager to learn, able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing clubs/projects, and interest in fintech & E-commerce, is a plus
