The Strategy Analyst / Associate supports senior team members in delivering the company's strategic explorations and key projects. The role involves market research, memo writing, and financial evaluation to support key business decisions.

An ideal candidate has a strong analytical mind and solid business sense, and is curious, detail-oriented, and able to communicate ideas clearly in writing. The role provides hands-on exposure to diverse strategy projects and new business areas, offering a steep learning curve and the opportunity to contribute to insights that inform leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Intelligence
  • Research industry drivers, value chains, and competitive dynamics in target markets.
  • Support the development of competitive landscapes and market sizing.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant updates with the team.
2. Research Synthesis & Memo Writing
  • Contribute to strategy memos, briefs, and presentations for leadership.
  • Translate research findings into clear charts, tables, and concise write-ups.
3. Financial Evaluation Support
  • Develop an understanding of business models, e.g. revenue logic, cost drivers, and unit economics.
  • Support the development of financial evaluations, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Prepare and validate model inputs against market benchmarks and comparable.
4. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work with internal teams to collect data and inputs for analyses and projects.
  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, and track action items and follow-ups.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and leadership.

Yêu cầu


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, financial advisory, equity or market research, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong desktop research skills and clear business writing in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of financial fundamentals (financial statements, NPV/IRR, unit economics).
  • Proactive and detail-oriented; works well with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant extracurriculars (e.g. case competitions, investment clubs, student research) and an interest in technology or AI are a plus.
