Zalopay is looking for an Associate Product Owner who plays a key role within the Online Payment and Gateway solution to create the best payment experience for customers of Zalopay and execute growth campaigns with key partners.

The Product Owner is responsible for product planning, execution, and operation throughout the product life cycle, including:

  • Understand the market, merchant and user’s need to propose solutions. Take the lead on projects while presenting, and negotiating with the Business team effectively to finalize the Product document.
  • Prepare full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, wireframes, screen spec writing, and Product requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders during the concept development of a product.
  • Testing the product concepts to prototype with users early and frequently to verify ideas and identify areas for improvement
  • Defining the data tracking framework for a product and taking ownership in the analysis and evaluation of product performance
  • Monitoring and analyzing user behaviors from data to improve the product to ensure the best customer experience

Yêu cầu

  • Open to all candidates with 1 year of experience as a product owner with an interest in technology/ fintech.
  • Effectively in managing end-to-end product lifecycles. Quick action to adapt merchant standards & work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Logic thinking and data-driven with decision-making skills.
  • Adapt verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Good time management and stakeholder management skills to meet agreed timeline
