  • Release quality and team development 
  • Own Thai localization, QA and release readiness.
  • Establish submission deadlines, review processes and backup coverage; coach the team and identify staffing needs. 
  • Escalate release risks through agreed approval channels. Thai live operations 
  • Own the local events and in-game activity calendar. 
  • Adapt regional segmentation, messaging and playbooks to Thai players and the football calendar, coordinating with Marketing and UA. Player understanding 
  • Combine cohort and event data with interviews, surveys and gameplay observation. Include new, returning and lapsed players, plus competitor-game players. Work with Community and customer support on recruitment and opt-in outreach. Developer follow-through 
  • Provide reproducible defect reports and evidence on lag, disconnects and player friction. Prioritize product proposals with HQ, track decisions and rationale, and evaluate shipped improvements. Later priorities 
  •  Once core operations are stable, support provincial expansion and persistent, season-based competitive formats with Marketing, UA and the regional competition owner. Own operational readiness and player-experience feedback, using pilot results to guide expansion.

Yêu cầu

• 5+ years in mobile game operations, LiveOps or product operations, including direct experience operating a live title in Thailand and responsibility for market results. 
 • Practical experience with event calendars, player segmentation, monetization mechanics, localization, release quality and player-feedback processes. 
 • Ability to use cohort retention, funnels and commercial data to identify problems, prioritize actions and evaluate results. 
 • Experience working with an external developer or overseas studio and influencing decisions through evidence and clear communication. 
 • Demonstrated ability to coach colleagues, delegate work and establish dependable processes through formal management or substantial team leadership. 
 • Genuine football knowledge and interest, applied to player expectations and product decisions. • Excellent Thai communication skills and strong working English, written and spoken. Chinese is a plus
