Product Management Trainee (CRM), Zalopay

The CRM team at Zalopay builds products that help businesses connect with users through promotions, vouchers and customer engagement campaigns.

As a Product Management Trainee, you will work closely with Product Owners to understand business needs, analyze problems, and support the development of new product features.

You will have the opportunity to learn how products are built, work with different teams, and contribute ideas that improve user experience and business performance.

What You Will Do

Understand Problems & Find Solutions

• Work with Product Owners to understand business needs and user problems.
• Research, analyze problems, and suggest possible solutions.
• Learn how to turn ideas into clear product requirements.
• Explore ways to improve existing products and features.

Analyze Data & Measure Results

• Work with data to understand user behavior and product performance.
• Support tracking product metrics and evaluating feature effectiveness.
• Identify insights and suggest improvements based on data.

Support Product Development

• Help write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering, QA, and other teams to develop and test new features.
• Support product testing and feature launches.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work with Business, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to understand their needs.
• Communicate ideas and findings clearly.
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and product discussions.

Must Have

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology or related fields.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and interested in data analysis.
• Curious about how products work and how to make them better.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of product management or software development.
• Familiarity with CRM, promotions, vouchers, or loyalty programs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
