Recruitment:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timely fulfillment of open positions. 
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks for effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in the gaming industry.

HR Business Partnering:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of HR matters. 
• Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. 
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. 
• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Yêu cầu

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in the gaming or technology industry. 
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. 
• Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
• Experience and background in C&B is a plus.
