Senior Business Development Manager, Digital Business

About the role:

VNG Digital Business is searching for a Senior Business Development Manager for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector.

The ideal candidate is accountable for the doing business development of the entire products and solutions including Cloud, AI and Security. He/she should be a self-starter, quick learner and a team-player who is willing to embrace challenges and consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for sourcing and priortizing potential customers

· Be responsible for proposing business plans for each project and customer and willing to change the plan when the situation changes

· Be responsible for driving & exceeding revenue targets and market share in the defined territory

· Work well with all related team members (Solution Consultant, Product Management, Marketing team) to deliver the target

· Other tasks assigned by direct head.

· 2+ years of experience doing business development for Security, AI or Cloud solutions to BFSI clients

· Experience in identifying, developing and closing large-scale technology deals

· Ability to develop and maintain strong, healthy and positive relationships at the director level of customers’ organizations

· Honest and down-to-earth

· Ability to work with little supervision

· Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese

· Self-starter, team-player and quick-learner
