  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QC engineers to define test strategies, test plans, and automation scope.
  • Prioritize automation efforts based on risk, impact, and business value.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation testing strategies for web, mobile, desktop, and API applications.
  • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or REST-assured.
  • Ensure automation scripts are reliable, maintainable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Optimize test environments, data, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide insights on automation coverage, execution results, and defect trends (e.g., Allure Report, Cucumber Report).
  • Drive best practices in test automation, including test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools and technologies to improve automation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Yêu cầu

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in automation. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, REST-assured).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

    Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with contract testing (e.g., Pact) or API mocking tools.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, LoadRunner, JMeter).
