Mô tả công việc

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Research product, audience behavior, and platform trends to propose effective social and community strategies.
  • Develop monthly/campaign content plans aligned with product and marketing goals.
  • Define content pillars and production briefs tailored to platform best practices.
2. Content Production & Publishing
  • Coordinate with freelancers/agencies/creators to produce content that meets quality, timeline, and branding standards.
  • Review and approve content from draft to final assets.
  • Manage publishing calendars and monitor live content performance.
  • Control risks related to inappropriate or off-brand content.
3. Channel & Community Growth
  • Operate and grow official social channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and extract insights to optimize content and engagement.
  • Engage with players across channels, maintain a safe and positive community experience, and surface key feedback to internal teams.
  • Support community-driven activities such as events, mini-games, livestreams, or creator collaborations.

Yêu cầu

  • Must be a player of 1 in 7 games:  Samkok Fantasy (or similar Three Kingdoms genre games.), Metal Slug, MU Awaken, ZingSpeed Mobile, Football Games, Lineage 2M.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community operations, or digital content.
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented, with strong ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international, English-speaking work environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social metrics into actionable insights.
