You will take responsibility for business operation and performance of specific product(s). This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a silo. You will be the "engine" that keeps our business running smoothly-handling everything from contract drafting and budget tracking to market research and product brainstorming

What you will do:

-          Operation excellence (30%):

o   Monitor all aspects relating to your business daily (performance, user feedback, MKT activities, arising issues etc.) to take prompt actions and improvements

o   Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects/activities being on track and adhering to the business objectives

-          Growth planning (30%):

o   Work with the growth marketing team to plan monthly promotional campaigns & communication tactics; cross-check and quality-check these activities to push product growth

o   Support in brainstorming new product features that can serve business objectives

o   Conduct market research, competitors research, and user research activities (both primary and secondary) to support growth ideas

-          Partnership management (20%):

o   Manage the end-to-end administrative process for partners, including drafting and reviewing contracts, processing paperwork, and coordinating with the Legal team

o   Coordinate day to day cooperation between partners and internal stakeholders (legal, operation, product, etc.)

-          Performance Analysis & Reporting (20%):

o   Synthesize monthly budget plans, monitor actual spending and measure performance effectiveness

o   Track business metrics and analyze data to find insights for improvements. Prepare monthly business reports

Yêu cầu

Who you are:

The "Can-Do" Generalist: You are willing to take on a role that touches every aspect of the business (Ops, Legal, Product, Marketing). No task is "too small" if it helps the business win

  • At least 3 year of experience in Business Development/ Project Management/ Growth/ Strategy
  • High Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. If you see a broken process (like a contract stuck in email limbo), you fix it.
  • Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
  • Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.) will be a plus
  • Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
