This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating game testing and monitoring project progress across Korean studios, coordinators, and internal teams. The role also supports a wide range of partner-related activities and manages general administrative duties, including urgent or ad-hoc requests from the Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track test builds and internal testing progress, collecting feedback from studios and ensuring all testings are organized and followed up.
  • Closely monitor end-to-end project operations with Korean studios and coordinators, identifying risks or delays, preparing weekly status reports, and reporting key issues to the Manager.
  • Support partner communication, including preparing meetings, coordinating partner visits, and maintaining smooth cross-team alignment.
  • Maintain project documentation and status trackers, updating milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks, such as preparing seasonal gifts, supporting partner-related logistics, and assisting with urgent or ad-hoc requests from the Manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Korean: Business level (fluent)
  • Vietnamese: Native
  • English: Intermediate
  • Must have prior experience working with Korean companies or Korean cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Docs
Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project management, or related roles
  • Strong communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
  • Experience in IT/tech industry
  • Understanding of mobile game, marketing metrics, and publishing workflows is a big plus
