The Compliance Specialist is a member of the Group Compliance function, supporting the implementation of compliance activities, providing day-to-day compliance support to business units, and assisting in the operation of the Group’s compliance framework. This role works closely with Legal, Compliance Lead, and relevant stakeholders to support regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal governance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Group Compliance Framework & Policies

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Group compliance framework.
  • Draft, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines as assigned.

2. Compliance Advisory & Monitoring

  • Monitor regulatory developments and assist in assessing their impact on business operations.
  • Support business units in identifying compliance risks and implementing appropriate controls.
  • Assist in embedding compliance requirements into operational processes and projects.

3. Training, Reporting & Assessments

  • Support the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, regulatory filings and documentation when required.
  • Participate in compliance incident handling, reviews and remediation actions.

4. Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, IT, and business units on compliance matters.
  • Support interactions with regulators, inspection,s and audits under guidance.
  • Provide input to regulatory consultations and policy development activities, where appropriate.


Yêu cầu

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or risk management.
  • Hands-on experience in operating or implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of key compliance areas (e.g. AML, AI, data protection/privacy, regulatory compliance).
  • Experience working with regulators is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to work independently with guidance and clear accountability.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
