You will play a key role in driving VNG’s employer branding strategy through university partnerships, talent programs, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with business units.

  • Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with universities, academic institutions and talent partners to support early-talent engagement and long-term employer branding objectives.
  • Design and deliver strategic talent engagement programs, including Code Tour, talk series, campus tours, university weeks, tech sharing sessions and community events.
  • Lead and manage multiple employer branding projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear coordination, high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Track, analyze and report key employer branding metrics; maintain dashboards/reports and provide insights after each program/campaign.
  • Partner with business units to support talent engagement needs, including briefing, planning, coordination, and post-initiative follow-up.
  • Support the team on various assigned projects (e.g., operations, partnerships, communications, or other ad-hoc tasks as needed).

Yêu cầu

  • 4+ years of professional experience in employer branding, talent engagement, university relations, HR or related areas.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Proven project management capability, with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Good understanding of tech talent audiences and candidate insights; comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Genuine interest in working with students and early-talent communities; passion for building communities and organizing events.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and self-motivated, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
