Get to Know
the Role
1. Retention
strategy & User growth
- Behavioral deep-dives: Deep-dive into cohorts to
understand retention, drop-offs, and friction points. Go beyond
surface-level metrics to understand the motivations, anxieties, and
psychological drivers behind user behavior
- Growth opportunity sizing: Translate data insights into clear
growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives based on impact and
feasibility.
- Experimentation: Define hypotheses, design and run
A/B tests, and synthesize learnings to scale what works.
2.
Communication & Promotion planning
- Planning: Develop integrated communication
and promotion plans aligned with user lifecycle stages, focusing on
retention, repeat usage, and habit formation.
- Messaging strategy: Define clear value propositions,
usage scenarios, benefits, and behavioral nudges tailored to different
user segments.
3. Excellent
execution (Making growth happen)
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with ecosystem teams
(Bills, Telco, Entertainment, Ride-hailing, etc.) and internal
stakeholders to operationalize growth initiatives.
- Touchpoint ownership: Own & enhance the in-app
traffic via internal touchpoints (banners, notifications, messages, user
flows, etc.).
- End-to-end campaign operations: Handle campaign setup, launch, and
day-to-day execution to ensure smooth delivery.
4.
Performance monitoring & post-campaign analysis
- Performance monitoring: Track campaign effectiveness,
channel efficiency, and key growth metrics against defined objectives.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor promotional budget usage
to ensure efficiency and control.
- Post-campaign analysis: Conduct post-mortems to extract
insights, identify optimization opportunities, and feed learnings back
into future planning and experimentation.

What
Essential Skills You Will Need
- 2+ years of experience in the
Growth / Marketing field
- A self-starter who’s comfortable in
a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower
stakeholders at all levels
- Strong data analysis skills with a
focus on actionable insights
- A natural empathy for users and the
ability to truly understand their needs
- High level of accuracy and
attention to detail in all tasks.
- Good sense of creative art
direction & copywriting experience will be a plus.
