About the job

We’re looking for a Product Growth Marketing to own new user acquisition and activation for Financial Services. This role blends product thinking with growth execution, with full accountability for performance.

You’ll lead both in-app & out-app activities and initiatives, improve the first-time user journey, and drive viral growth through features that unlock network effects.

 

Job Description:

1. Growth Marketing

  • Own Growth plans in term of acquisition & activation including but not limited to channels (from in-app to out-app, including social media, social commercial, UGC,...)
  • Create content and messaging strategies that drive user engagement & conversion
  • Identify friction points and recommend product improvements to boost activation
  • Leverage Zalopay ecosystem to turn them into acquisition drivers 

2. Project Management

  • Track performance of all channels and optimize for new user acquisition
  • Track & Optimize Performance with mesuarable key metrics: new user growth, conversion rate (CR), D1/D7 activation
  • Own the design and execution of rapid growth experiments

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with Product team to analyze and enhance the onboarding & activation funnel (access home → register → first transaction)
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Business, Product, Data, Design) and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business and product priorities.

Yêu cầu

·       2+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics or User Insights;

·       Hunger to drive action and impact;

·       Strong intuition about user journey, user behaviors, social growth mechanics, experience in product discovery is a plus;

·       Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders;

·       Data-driven, able to make use of either raw data, data charts/dashboards and funnels to get proper insights;

·       Problems & Solutions-oriented mindset;

·       Familiar with the Food Deliveries/Ride-hailing/Ecommerce/Fintech/ Stock-Insurance market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users
