At Zalopay, the Financial Services product group is a core pillar under the Commercial Growth department and one of the most critical engines powering our long-term expansion. Get to Know the Role

1. Growth Marketing

  • Identify Sources of Growth by analyzing user data, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Translate insights into clear value propositions, key messages, and growth hypotheses tailored to different user segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Continuously explore new growth opportunities through experimentation, learning, and iteration.

2. Communication 

  • Bridge product thinking and communication, ensuring what we communicate externally truly reflects product value and user needs.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies across both: in-app (Zalopay inventories, notification, user flows, etc.) & out-app channels (social media, paid ads, websites, and other owned or paid touchpoints).
  • Plan and manage 360° campaigns end-to-end: from strategy, messaging, and channel mix to execution and optimization.

3. Project, Budget & Performance Management

  • Own initiatives from idea to outcome, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation with clear ROI tracking.
  • Track performance metrics, evaluate results, and translate data into concrete recommendations for improvement.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Business, Product, Data, Design) and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business and product priorities.

Yêu cầu

  • 2+ years of experience in the Marketing field.
  • Strong project management skill.
  • Growth & strategic thinking: able to identify sources of growth, translate insights into clear value propositions, key messages, and actionable growth hypotheses.
  • Possess a natural empathy towards people and can easily understand user insights.
  • Good sense of arts and creativity, more importantly, how it would impact in translating business messages to our users.
  • Trendsetter or trend-sensor, in tune with the community.
