About the Role:

VALORANT is more than just a game, it’s a living ecosystem shaped by how players engage, progress, and grow with the product over time. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive (Growth) who is excited about building new initiatives that strengthen player engagement and help teams make smarter, data-informed decisions.

In this role, you will support growth-related initiatives across marketing and product teams, and contribute to performance tracking and insight generation that help teams evaluate impact and identify improvement opportunities. This role focuses on supporting growth execution with structured thinking and data awareness, rather than campaign ownership or technical analytics work.


Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Initiatives Support (50%)
  • Support the planning and execution of new growth initiatives aimed at improving player engagement, retention, and long-term activity.
  • Assist in translating initiative goals into clear scopes, success criteria, and evaluation approaches.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure initiatives consider player experience and long-term impact.
  • Support coordination across teams to ensure initiatives are executed and reviewed effectively.

2. Dashboard Development & Performance Tracking (10%)
  • Support the tracking and evaluation of growth and marketing initiatives by aligning on metrics and performance indicators.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Digital, Data) to gather business requirements and support briefing processes related to dashboards or reports.
  • Review performance outputs and help highlight key takeaways or questions for further discussion.
  • Contribute to improving how performance information is structured and shared
3. Data-driven Decision Support (20%)
  • Help interpret performance data and insights to support marketing and product discussions.
  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns, or signals related to player behavior and initiative impact.
  • Support post-initiative reviews by summarizing learnings and potential next steps.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly summaries to support ongoing planning and optimization.

Yêu cầu

  • 2–4 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, or related roles.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and performance tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts and growth metrics (MAU/DAU, retention, funnels, cohort analysis).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Tech, Marketing).
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and business implications.
  • Prior experience in gaming, tech, or digital products is a strong plus.
  • Must be a VALORANT player and understand player behavior within the ecosystem.
