The Product Owner (Product Management Executive) – AI Products acts as a Product Owner for AI-powered products within the Game Publishing Platform.
This role is responsible for product execution, documentation, data monitoring, and product quality, working closely with Engineering, Data, and AI teams to design and deliver scalable, practical AI-enabled features that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Act as Product Owner for AI products and features within GPP
  • Manage product backlog, user stories, and sprint priorities
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, and key Stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
2. Product Quality & Operations
  • Ensure product quality, stability, and usability after release
  • Support post-launch operations, issue tracking, and continuous product improvement
3. Documentation & Communication
  • Document product requirements, functional specifications, and user flows
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date product documentation for stakeholders
4. Data Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor product usage, performance, and operational metrics
  • Prepare product reports on delivery status, adoption, and key KPIs
5. AI Product Development
  • Identify business needs and design AI-enabled product features based on real use cases
  • Collaborate with AI teams to define appropriate AI approaches and system design
  • Ensure AI features are applied effectively, responsibly, and aligned with product goals 

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum a year of experience in Product Management / Product Owner / Product Executive roles
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and with platform or system-based products
  • Solid understanding of applied AI for product development, including:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capabilities and limitations
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agentic workflows, Tool Calling, and MCP or similar orchestration approaches
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled product solutions, beyond proof-of-concept
  • Basic software engineering literacy to work effectively with technical teams (no coding required), including:
  • API concepts and system integration
  • Fundamental data flows supporting AI features and analytics
  • Awareness of non-functional requirements such as latency, reliability, monitoring, and security/privacy
  • Comfortable reading and discussing technical artifacts such as API specifications, simple system diagrams, and metrics/logs
  • Strong communication, documentation skills, and a high sense of ownership for product quality
