Job Overview
Responsible for planning and executing Public Relations initiatives, managing Influencer/KOL/KOC programs, and coordinating external marketing services (viral content, seeding, media advertising, etc.) to strengthen brand equity and effectively support marketing campaigns for products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & KOL Management
  • Develop comprehensive KOL/KOC strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
  • Build detailed execution plans, manage budgets, and measure campaign performance. 
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships with KOLs/KOCs and relevant agencies.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring content quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Social Media, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results; provide insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

2. Public Relations (PR)
  • Plan and implement PR strategies and activities.
  • Develop, review, and manage PR content, including press releases, branded articles, video and interview scripts.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with media partners, journalists, and key opinion leaders.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, product launches, media briefings, and partnership signing events.
  • Monitor media coverage, evaluate PR effectiveness, and manage communication risks or crisis situations when required.
3. Media Booking
  • Plan and coordinate outsourced marketing activities such as OOH advertising, viral videos, seeding campaigns, local digital ads, radio ads, and voice talent booking.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  • Supervise execution progress, ensure service quality, and consolidate performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, Influencer/KOL management, or Marketing, preferably within agencies or companies in gaming, technology, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; highly sensitive to social media trends and emerging digital behaviors.
  • Possesses in-depth understanding of the gaming community, along with solid expertise in KOC ecosystems and trend-driven media booking in the market
  • Solid understanding of Open World or/and (e)Sports games; strong interest in sports, particularly football (soccer).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
