I. Job Summary

The Live Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of minigame products. This role bridges the gap between market insights, technical integration, and data analysis to ensure product stability and maximize revenue KPIs. You will be the "Product Owner" of the live environment, ensuring the game remains profitable and technically sound in the competitive Vietnamese landscape. We are looking for a growth-oriented professional who doesn't just maintain products but proactively seeks ways to scale them through data-driven experimentation.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Product Research
  • Market Landscape: Conduct deep-dive research into the Vietnamese gaming market (H5 & Native).
  • Product Evaluation: Support the sourcing and selection process by evaluating the commercial potential and cultural fit of new titles for the local audience.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor top-performing minigames to identify successful monetization mechanics and user acquisition trends.
2. Technical Integration & Product Stability
  • System Integration: Collaborate with internal developers and external partners to integrate SDKs, payment gateways, and advertisement modules (IAA) into H5/Native products.
  • Operational Maintenance: Oversee the daily stability of the game environment. Identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of technical bugs or server-side issues to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead the trial process for all new features to ensure they meet quality standards before being deployed to the Vietnamese live environment.
3. Revenue & KPI Management
  • Monetization Optimization: Monitor and tune in-game economies to hit Daily/Weekly/Monthly revenue targets.
  • Content Coordination: Adjust and coordinate in-game content (e.g., refreshing shop items, rotating banners) based on player behavior and performance metrics to sustain engagement.
  • Vendor/Partner Management: Work closely with game developers to ensure product updates align with the operational roadmap and local KPIs.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on product health (Retention, DAU, ARPU, LTV, and ROI).
  • Player Feedback Loop: Gather and categorize customer feedback and opinions. Translate qualitative feedback into actionable content adjustments.
  • Communication: Present data insights clearly to stakeholders, translating complex metrics into actionable business strategies.

Yêu cầu

  • 2+ years in Game Operations or Product Management (H5 or Mobile Game experience is a must). 
  • Growth & Data Mindset: Strong logical assessment skills with a "data-first" approach. 
  • Communication & Presentation: Possessing strong presentation and communication skills to effectively align goals between technical teams and management. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of H5/Native app integration workflows, SDKs, and API basics. 
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. 
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase) is nice to have. 
  • Gaming Passion (Nice to have): 
  • Passionate about and actively plays mobile games. High ranking results in PvP-driven games (MOBA, FPS, etc.) are a significant plus, as you understand the competitive drive of players. 
  • Teamwork & Commitment: Demonstrates strong teamwork skills with a high commitment to job goals. You take ownership of the product's success and "firefight" issues with a positive, collaborative attitude.
