We are looking for a Game Data Analyst to act as a data partner for the Product and Live-ops teams. This role is responsible for analyzing game performance, evaluating operational effectiveness, and delivering data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze game performance metrics: DAU, MAU, Retention, Monetization, Funnels, and User Behavior.
  • Build reports and dashboards (Tableau/BI tools) to support daily product and operational monitoring.
  • Deep-dive into performance fluctuations (retention drops, revenue changes, engagement issues) to identify root causes.
  • Design and analyze User Journey to detect bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in log/event tracking integration to ensure data quality and operational evaluation needs are met.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events, features, and version updates.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support Product and Live-ops decision-making.

Yêu cầu

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles (gaming/tech industry preferred).
  • Diplomatic communicator, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, to meet schedules and deadlines, to work under time pressure, and to pay close attention to detail
A plus if:
  • Knowledge of Pyspark / Python / coding is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for gaming; experience playing FPS, RPG, or similar genres.
