VNGGames Hub is the centralized internal platform for all operations under VNGGames. As a hybrid between ERP and communication systems, it consolidates tools, services, dashboards, and information into a single destination while governing access and operational changes across departments. Powered by AI, the Hub streamlines daily work, ensures governance integrity, and enables Starters to operate efficiently and thrive within the organization. Nexus is the backbone of VNGGames Hub, providing the foundational microservice architecture that powers the platform. It manages the underlying microservice architecture, orchestrates navigation between applications, and powers core capabilities such as ticketing, notifications, access management, compliance enforcement, and back-office operations, ensuring the Hub runs securely and at scale.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end product execution and be accountable for the overall quality of Nexus. Thisincludes analyzing data to identify needs and improvement opportunities, defining requirements,writing PRDs and user stories, conducting UAT, and performing post-release analysis to drivecontinuous iteration.
  • Design and refine governance workflows, approval layers, access control logic, and servicelifecycle state machines to ensure clarity, traceability, and compliance across departments.
  • Translate strategic direction into precise, technically sound product specifications that engineer scan execute with minimal ambiguity.
  • Embed compliance and risk controls directly into system design, ensuring segregation of duties,clean audit trails, and structured change management processes.
  • Drive operational automation to reduce manual workload, standardize access and service changes,and increase execution velocity without weakening governance integrity.
  • Maintain platform integrity by designing reusable patterns, ensuring multi-tenant scalability, andprotecting long-term architectural consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, Game Studios, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure coherent, high-quality execution across the ecosystem.

Yêu cầu

  • Proven experience building B2B products, particularly ERP systems, SaaS platforms, or productivity tools.
  • Solid exposure to compliance-driven environments, with the ability to incorporate governance and risk considerations into product design.
  • Strong logical thinking with a technical foundation, or demonstrated experience delivering technically complex products.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate analysis, ideation, documentation, and experimentation while maintaining sound judgment for critical product decisions.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with SQL and BI tool to guide decisions.
  • Curious and collaborative, energized by complex problems and uncharted territory.
  • High ownership mindset, extremely detail-oriented, structured, and committed to delivering excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
