Community Executive (AI-Native) /社群行銷專員

Responsibilities:
  • TW/HK platform management (FB, IG, Discord, PTT) with AI-accelerated content workflows.
  • KOL/KOC relationship ownership end-to-end: outreach, collaboration, and performance tracking.
  • Community sentiment monitoring, real-time crisis response, and campaign execution aligned to game update windows.
  • Cross-region coordination between TW and HK markets: aligning on localized content strategies, managing platform and audience differences, and ensuring consistent brand execution across both regions.
  • Regular performance reporting via AI-assisted workflows.

Yêu cầu

  • 2+ years community marketing experience in TW/HK gaming or consumer brand context.
  • AI toolchain proficiency (LLMs, image generation, scheduling/automation) as core workflow.
  • Proven KOL/KOC relationship management experience.
  • Cross-region communication experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently in a resource-lean environment.
