This role focuses on building a sustainable creator ecosystem, while also leveraging KOL agencies to scale branding campaigns effectively.

You will balance between long-term creator partnerships and short-term campaign execution to maximize both community growth and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Ecosystem Development (Long-term)
  • Build and manage a multi-tier creator ecosystem (Macro, Mid, Micro, UGC)
  • Develop long-term partnerships with creators (beyond one-off booking)
  • Identify and nurture player-to-creator pipeline
  • Design and execute creator programs to sustain content output and engagement
2. KOL Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute KOL strategies aligned with campaign objectives (awareness → consideration → conversion)
  • Select and manage creators based on role in funnel (branding vs performance)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Branding, Social, UA) for integrated campaigns
3. Agency Management (Branding Campaigns)
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOL/Influencer agencies in each local market
  • Work with agencies to source, propose, and execute KOL line-ups for large-scale branding campaigns
  • Ensure agency proposals align with campaign strategy, target audience, and brand positioning
  • Manage agency performance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Negotiate cost efficiency and ensure optimal budget allocation across creators
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track KOL performance (reach, engagement, content quality, install contribution)
  • Evaluate both creator-level and agency-level performance
  • Continuously optimize creator mix and agency selection
5. Platform & Trend Management
  • Stay updated on platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Gaming)
  • Identify emerging creators and content formats
  • Ensure strategy remains relevant to local content ecosystem dynamics

Yêu cầu

  • 3–5+ years in Influencer Marketing / Creator Management
  • Strong network with creators and/or agencies in local market
  • Experience working with KOL agencies for campaign execution
  • Deep understanding of content platforms (especially TikTok)
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Performance-driven mindset (not purely branding-focused)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gaming or entertainment industry
  • Experience building creator ecosystems or programs
  • Experience managing large-scale branding campaigns

Work Location & Mobility

  • Willing to travel to Vietnam for short-term assignments when required
  • Open to temporary relocation to Vietnam (3–6 months) for project alignment, onboarding, or major campaign execution
