1. Lead & Centralize UA Execution
  • Drive centralized UA strategy and execution for assigned products
  • Ensure best practices are shared and consistently applied across teams
  • Act as the main decision-maker on UA priorities and resource allocation
2. Manage & Elevate Ad Platform Partnerships
  • Own and deepen strategic relationships with key ad platforms
  • Work closely with platform account teams to: Access advanced features, betas, and optimization support
  • Improve performance, scale, and cost efficiency
3. Standardize Tracking & Measurement
  • Lead the standardization of tracking frameworks across products: game tracking, attribution, funnel, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability across teams
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to improve measurement quality
4. Drive Automation & AI Application
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI in: Campaign optimization, budget allocation, creative testing and iteration, reporting and insight generation
  • Work with internal tech/data teams or external partners to implement solutions
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and decision speed

Yêu cầu

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / UA / Growth (game, app, or digital
  • product background preferred)
  • Proven experience leading UA or growth teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with global ad platforms and large budgets
  • Experience in global or multi-market campaigns is a strong advantage
Skill & Mindset
  • Strong understanding of: Performance marketing, Attribution & tracking systems,
  • Growth funnels and LTV-driven decision making
  • Ability to connect execution, data, and strategy
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders across Publishing, Product, Tech, and Data
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
