We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented L&D Collab to support the full training operations process - from preparation to post-training follow-up. 

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and a great learning experience for our Starters. 
  • Support end-to-end training operations: before, during, and after each session 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/trainers for logistics, communication.
  • Manage training communication, including invitations, reminders, and learner follow-up (pre-work & post-work).
  • Handle logistics such as room booking, layout setup, learning materials preparation, and technical support.
  • Assist with contracts and payment processes for external trainers or vendors.

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENT 
  • Full-time availability. 
  • A university student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields. · 
  • Have an agile learning mindset, passionate about learning and development, and eager to grow.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving. 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Good English skills
